Site Council

The Westar Elementary School Site Council consists of parents, staff, and community members. Our goal is to discuss, plan, and recommend decisions to the Principal about the education and welfare of our students.

The mission of the Westar Site Council is to encourage excellence in education by empowering our community in an effective child-centered learning environment which ensures academic and personal success.

All Site Council meetings are open to the public and we highly encourage you to attend.

Westar’s Site Council meets the Tuesday after the 1st Board Meeting of the month at 5:00 p.m. at Westar Elementary.
